Since 2010, I have been a primary special education teacher . I have loved every minute of this experience, but feel so blessed to be in my new position as stay at home mom or what I like to call professional "chaos coordinator".

My name is Laura Deck and I am the mother of three beautiful children and the wife of an awesome guy. This year I am blessed enough to be able to take a short leave from teaching and stay at home with my sweet seven month old twins and two year old daughter! Yes you read that correctly that's  THREE, two years of age, and under!

My mission for this website is to share my favorite super EASY, little to no prep, teaching materials! In addition, I want to dive deeper into some information on parenting topics that are of interest to me. I am NOT an expert on being a parent nor will I ever claim to be. I just figure while I am learning about new fun activities and information why not share them with all of you!

I have a passion for connecting with other involved mamas like myself and sharing our gifts and talents with each other to encourage us to be the best version of ourselves possible. My passion is learning along side my babies through exploring our great big world together. What are are your gifts? What makes your heart burst with excitement? Maybe it's scrapbooking, traveling, sewing or fitness. Whatever it is I can't wait to connect with you and learn from each other!

Everyday I learn more than I teach.

Just for fun I will give you a quick glance into my life before kiddos! I am a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelors of Science in Special Education. I hold dual teaching licenses in both general and special education grades K-6. After graduating college in 2010, I began teaching developmental preschool and continued to do so for three years. I also have taught for six years as an inclusion teacher grades K-2. To say the least I have a longing to educate no matter where life takes me!
